Crochet & Knit with Us NOW!

SH Logo
We have so much happening now that Spring is here! Many think that Winter is the time to knit… but Spring brings a freshness to colors like no other time. I love this season because it gets me to re-discover bright hues and soft pastels with great appreciation. If you’re like me, the dirty snow bits that remain are gross. But come in to the Stitch House and rejoice in all the colors our yarns have to share. And with all the new yarns we’re getting in, you’ll have every color of the rainbow, and the colors between to pick from! We also have a number of great upcoming workshops and special events. I hope you find some time to spend with us – save the dates and get your seat reserved!Maire Treanor will be with us from Ireland for the entire weekend May 2 & 3. She’ll be teaching us the stunning, detailed work of Clones/Irish Lace. This intensive workshop is for beginner and advanced crocheters (all you need is the chain stitch) to create beautiful motifs, masks, collars, and shawls.

Call us to register – the workshop is $225 for Saturday AND Sunday, $150 for either day.

StevenBe will be hosting an evening on Friday, May 8 at Friday Night knitting. He’ll bring his trunk show and present a talk on color (he knows color!) and creating fantastic knit pieces. We expect this to be a popular talk, so call to reserve your seat – there will be a $10 reservation fee that you can use to purchase patterns in the shop through May 8th.

Make sure you check out what we have brewing for workshops this weekend and in the weeks ahead. All great – all have open seats for YOU! Call to reserve your place.

If you really want to treat yourself (you do deserve it!) to a fun and relaxing knitting vacation, join Shelley Leahy and Sarah Wolf (teacher at Stitch House) as they sail from Boston to Bermuda, July 17-26th. Sarah will be the on-board knitting instructor. Check here for more details.

And, as usual, join us for Friday night knitting at the shop anytime after 6pm. And, we will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 5.
